For all shipments iSTONES can provide comprehensive logistics services, including brokerage and customs clearance if needed. For other countries, we typically arrange transportation to the point of departure, and the client’s appointed broker handles customs clearance on arrival.

To cater to our global clientele, we offer a range of shipping options based on Incoterms (International Commercial Terms). These terms define the responsibilities of the buyer and seller, as well as the allocation of risks and costs associated with transporting goods. The most commonly used Incoterms for our deliveries are FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
Here is a brief overview of the Incoterms we offer:
CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight):
Under CIF, we cover the cost of goods, insurance, and freight to the destination port. The risk is transferred to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the ship at the port of departure.
FOB (Free on Board):
With FOB, we handle all expenses and risks up to the point when the goods are loaded onto the ship at the port of departure.
EXW (Ex Works):
Under EXW, we provide the goods at our premises or warehouse. The buyer takes on all expenses and risks from this point onward.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid):
For DDP, we cover all expenses and risks up to the point of delivery to the specified destination, including customs duties.
CPT (Carriage Paid To):
In CPT, we pay for the transportation of goods to the specified destination, but the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the first carrier.
CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To):
With CIP, we cover transportation and insurance to the specified destination, but the risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the first carrier.
FCA (Free Carrier):
Under FCA, we deliver the goods to a carrier chosen by the buyer at a specified location. The risk transfers to the buyer after the goods are handed over to the carrier.

- Buyer's Responsibilities: Arrange and pay for all transport, insurance, and customs duties.

- Seller's Responsibilities: Payment of all costs for transportation, insurance, and customs duties to the destination point.
